Furniture USA ripoff, fraudulant, does not deliver Clemmons North Carolina

Call your CC company right away and dispute the charges. If you don't know by now, Furniture USA appears to be, unless otherwise proven, a fradulent business that closed up shop on August 10, 2004. The BBB has turned them over to the Attorney General of North Carolina, but they don't appear to be helping.

I ordered some Broyhill furniture as well with someone named Marsha Fulp. I can't even be sure now that this is a real person. I called Broyhill earlier this month and found out that Broyhill cancelled all of the orders that Furniture USA placed with them. Basically, Furniture USA was not paying the bills so their credit department revoked their distributor status.

It looks like VISA just credited back to me today the money that I deposited with Furniture USA. You need to contact them ASAP and put into writing what has happened. I believe that the CC companies are being very good about crediting monies back. I do feel very bad for folks that wire-transferred money or used a money order. I sure hope that they get their money back.
