Future Financial Direct Took $3,300 from us and did nothing except vanish. No phone number worked! Letters were returned. Jacksonville Florida

I have posted a couple of these complaints on this website as well. They took over 10k of my money and I have nothing to show for it.

Apparently, the Florida DA is pursuing a criminal case over this matter. It doesn't look promising. They are seeking full reimbursement for all those like you and me affected, and trying to charge them 10,000.00 per offense. My guess is our money is long gone. I was depositing my payments into a Wachovia Bank account... and it looks like that bank is going to fail as well. The prospect of me getting my 10k back looks very grim. and on top of it all, there is nothing I can do about it. can't claim a loss on my taxes, or anything. I would have been out of debt, but am now working two jobs just to pay off my defaulted credit accounts, and have a very long road ahead of me.

guess the real way to make money in this country is to set up a company like this or a bank and just rip people off. no one is going to jail over ripping hundreds of people off.
