Future Financial Direct, ripoff, takes monthly payments, but won't return calls, faxes, mail, or Email Jacksonville Florida

Signed up in March of 05. Paying overr 300 per month. Always had to force them to get the work done that they agreed to. Now I have bills outstanding, credit has not been repaired, like they promised in the contract, it's now worse. People are calling me because they can't get in touch with anyone. Use to get an answering machine, then it would't take a message, now it just rings busy. This has been going on since May 06, the last word I got was, hold on, I will call you back in 30 minutes. Never heard from again. Now I am hoping that my last creditors are willing to help me out. I have filed a complaint in Florida, AND will be obtaining an attorney for breach of contract and mail/web fraud. ANy others that want to join a class action against the owners please contact me.
