Future Financial Direct ripoff Jacksonville Florida

They are scam artist deluxe! We signed up with Future Financial Direct, Inc in March 2005 and have been paying our monthly fees and calling them regularly to check in on our account. As of March 2006 we have no longer been able to reach them by phone, email, fax, or mail yet they continue to take our payment out of our checking account each and every month.

This has messed up our life. we trusted them to do the work they said they would which was to negotiate with our creditors and come to a settlement agreement. We have upheld our end of the contract, which has a guarantee clause for their work, yet they have breached this contract.

Recently we filed complaints in Jacksonville Florida, Florida Attorney General, and the Texas Attorney General. Hopefully our creditors will work with us or we will have to file bankruptcy. If anyone has any advise we sure would appreciate it.
