FWM*LIPAPHEN Continued to charge for other items they claimed I agreed to as a membership. Fort Lauderdale, Florida

This is a copy of the charges that were made to my account for this company. I called all three numbers to verify that they were the same company. I became curious when I saw the $40.00 charged and so I called to ask why and was told that it was a membership fee. I never agreed to this and when I ordered the free trial I check that I did not desirer to have further contact. I only wanted to try the product first to see if it worked and if it did I would go back and proceed from there.

I feel that this was an injustice done and others need to be aware of the futher charges that come from doing what is claimed "To Be A Free Trial For Only $3.98 Plus Shipping and Handling."

(These two charges are what I assumed was the shipping fees but I feel that the first one of $.05 was perhaps a trial on their part to see if the charge would go through.)

I called All three numbers to verify that they were the same company and the reply was the same for all FWM Laboratories. I asked why I was being charged the $40.00 and I was told it was the membership fee and was then given a cancellation number as followed:
