Today at work, I was handed a garnishment notice. The notice was filed by G. Reynolds Sims & Associates P.C.
I entered into a verbal agreement with them last July to pay 100.00 a month until the debt was payed off. In spite of making all my payments, they have now filed a Writ of Garnishment.
The debt last year was 7,400.00 when I made the agreement with them. I have paid them 1,000.00 against that debt.
I was never served at at my home address, ( which they have ) and they now will be taking 118.94 per week out of my paycheck. On top of that they have taken an original 3,500.00 debt and turned it into 8,419.67.
I may have to file a Bankrupcy to stop this.
