G. Reynolds Sims & Associates, P.C. Underhanded Collection Practices after Judgement Rendered Troy, Michigan

This a law firm that is practicing underhanded deceptive tactics to collect money owed to them after a judgement had already been rendered.

I obtained an attorney and we negotiated a fair and reasonable repayment plan to this establishment.
After they agreed to the terms and signed off on the judgment terms,

A) I never received any form of statements regarding that payments made had been applied nor did I
    receive any type of statement in regards to the remaining balance.

B) The judgment was very specific on the fact no interest would be applied yet my attorney had to place a
     call to their office to remind them of the fact after we received a writ of garnishment from their office stating the balance which contained information that in fact interest was being applied.

C) During the same phone conversation our attorney addressed the Garnishment writ and was told our
     State Tax return would not be garnished it was an error on their part.

D) After tracking our return this morning it seems G. Reynold Sims P. C. did in fact exercise the Writ of
    Garnishment against me.

All in all it is obvious the law has no recourse against such under handed deceptive attorneys in the State of Michigan. I have paid on time as per the judgement requirements, with honesty and integrity to resolve my debt in a fair and just sense. I did not run away from my debt as many do through Bankruptcy. Yet here is an establishment that obviously practices tactics that a Consumer has no protection against. Something is definitely wrong with the judicial system in this respect.

The only recourse I have at this point in time is to file this complaint against a Law Firm that should certainly be investigated by the State Board of Attorneys for their deceptive Law Practices.
