Gadget Circuit Nikon camera: I did not receive all the contents of the box as stated on the outside of the box. Somerset New Jersey

Other than the shipping issues which I will not go into:

Online I purchased a Nikon P530 Camera along with a few other items to go with the camera.  They all arrived inside a shipping box.  I took out the camera box.  The box was not sealed which in most cases such as these the box usually has a clear seal over the lid.  On the outside of the box there is a notation stating:

Supplied accessories

Strap

Rechargeable Li-ion Battery

Charging AC Adapter

USB cable

User's manual

Warranty

The User's manual and the warranty (card) were not in the box.  This indicated to me that the box had been opened and these items removed.  Or, this camera was a return from another customer.  I believe this to be a return from another customer because in addition to the above, most product that has glass surfaces are protected by a plastic film.  The back of the digital camera has a glass surface that was not protected.

I called the company and was told they do the warranty work so there is no warranty card.  This again means the box was opened and the card taken out.  I asked about the User's manual.  They said they would send me a link to the website and i could print off a PDF file.  I looked at this, it's 266 pages!!  I can't carry this around with me and the camera.  I want the compact version that was supposed to be with the camera.  Again, this appears to have been removed from the box.

Questions:

When can I get the missing items.

Is this a returned camera that was not packaged properly

Is this a refurbished camera that was sold as new.
