I ordered the Firm Fitness Dvd's for 3 payments for 29.99, no shipping or handling fees. The same day my bank account was charged a total of 104.95. I specifically indicated I only wanted 29.99 of 3 payments made. This was a ripoff and very poor customer service. I could not understand the lady on the phone because of her heavy accent. I do not recommend ordering these workout dvd's. I find it very irratating to be mislead from a company like this. I am hoping I will be reinbursed my money soon.
