Wowww!!! NEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered an exercise dvd (was suppose to cost 29.99) and I was charged 151.00! I called and cancelled with GAI before the charge actually went through my account-it's only on hold as of now-and that was 3 days ago. Called my bank, and GAI still hasn't released this hold and my bank says that its scheduled to go through tomorrow. So I call GAI back AGAIN and they tell me that they have put a stop to the hold and that it will take 3-5 business days from today to post back to my accnt. Why wasn't this done the first time I called?? Almost scared to even wait til tomorrow to see if they charged my account or if the money is still on hold. Does anyone know if I can tell my bank to put a stop to the charge? I only have 2.00 in my account now-not goo0d for this single mommy :(
