Galactic Snow Sports Failed to deliver item ordered, never answer phone, and lied when said "order is out for delivery today" Internet

I ordered ski boots on 1/9/11 from Galactic Snow Sports and paid higher shipping charge for 3 day UPS select delivery. I was told the boots were in stock and in my size and ready to ship the next day. Boots should have arrived by 1/12 or 1/13 the latest. Spoke with their live assist person on their website on 1/14 and was told boots were "out for delivery today." The ski boots still have not arrived as of 1/15. Just like other reports made against Galactic on this Ripoff site, they NEVER answer their sales or returns phone numbers. It is always a "no one here to take your call message". They try to operate "in the dark" with no transparency - meaning they don't put their business address or email address up on their website.The weather and roads the entire week on the East Coast have been fine, so they cannot use that excuse. No holidays this week either, so sorry, that is not an excuse as well. Since I was supposed to leave for skiing on 1/14, I now don't have ski boots and am forced to incur the cost and inconvenience of renting ski boots for the weekend. LOOK AT THEIR HISTORY HERE - THEY FLAT OUT LIE AND HAVE LOUSEY CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS TAKING ORDERS, CHARGING YOU RIGHT AWAY AND GIVING YOU THE SHAFT !!
