Galerie Concorde stole $4000 from me! Montreal, Quebec

Several years ago a high-pressure salesman named Mitchell Fields convinced me to "invest" in artwork from Peter Max. This man apparently left the firm and I later was put in touch with Nigel Goddard. My story is the same as others. They convince you to invest in high-demand art work and assure you that they will find other buyers for your art within a year or so. The pieces are falsely appraised by Jurus E. Porukus at ridiculous prices. Of course, they never intend to move the pieces at all. They lied to me many times about me being "the first in line" to move my so-called investments, but of course the sale never comes.

This is fraud at its finest. How can people get away with this? We know their names. We know where they do business. We know it's a scam. We have many victims of their crimes on this web site alone. What should\can we do?  I would like to be included in a class-action settlement as well.
