I was contacted via phone at work thru an art broker to purchase a much in damand peter max piece. I was told not to "fall in love" with the piece because i was only being sold the painting to later resell it so the broker makes a commision off of the piece. I was told that the piece would be resold at a 30-40% markup or even more after a year. This was in 2005, I have continously tried to contact Harold Sender who was taking care of my piece to sell it. I has been 7 years and the only reponse i get is the market is not good, or my piece is not in 1st postion yet in the database or other excuses.

This is fraud, I continously tried to email them and no result. They try to sell you more pieces yet they tell you that your piece can not be sold just yet.
