Galore Moving And Storage ripoff, thieves and dishonest Winnetka California

I moved with galore moving and storage on may 25th 2004. everything went well at first, the packing, signing of the contract and information (they even requested that I write down comment about their service(good)- they should've ask me to do that afterwards (terrible)).

I was ripped off because ELI( the owner/dispatcher) lied to me and told me after I send my money order for thousands of dollars to them , I would get my keys to the location where my belongings were housed, the contract and proof of weight. I never received any of it.

After calling both the main office and the delivery man, TAZ every single day (busy signals and hanging up were constant) for a month just to ask them where my belongings were, I became so desperate that I managed to sweet talk TAZ into telling me where my belongings were. When I went to the location, I found that there were 3 other belongings in the same storage areas that did not have a name to it from the same company. It was put there around the end of july. The storage area is called liberties self sorage in Philadelphia and the phone number is 215-627-1800. be sure to check your things for missing items. They steal.

I have many many more to bad things say but I'll share the main story.

I am so apalled by their business practice that I really want to encourage all who have experienced the same ordeal as I have, to come forward and speak out against them and possibly run them out of business. They have caused so much hurt and anger among us that they are not fit to do business anywhere. I recommend a class action lawsuit.
