Game Insight Wont Respond To Request. Promised Answer In 5 days: No answer, won't respond to multiple emails Internet

Game insight takes your money and doesnt deliver what you paid for.

Foolish me, I spent hours playing Game Insight's Transport Empire. I made in game purchases for items to advance along the way, recently I paid for items I never received.  I emailed customer service, support@game-insight.com  and a day later received the following response.,

"Thank you for your iinformation.  I transfered your details for a careful investigation to help you as soon as we can to provide you the best possible support....I shall get back to you within five workings days...in the meantime should you have any additonal questions please let me know."

I waited 5 days;  no response.  I emailed again, requesting an update:  no response.  A day later; another email. Again, no response. Waited 3 more days, another email, no response.

Thinking Game Insight might be experiencing technical problems I checked their website. It loaded and had an update Twitter feed showing an active and current timeline promoting their "great games"

Disgusted, I found ripoff report and decided to share my story. This will be the last online game I play.  I  contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges.  My advice to anyone reading this?  First, stay away from Game Insight.  If you chose to play, don't make in-game purchases.  However the only way to advance will be to watch in game advertisements to acquire resources required to advance.  This takes a lot of time: days, weeks, months to advance.  At some point, you will pay for an item but never receive it.  Consider yourself warned
