On the website as well as the terms of use, it clearly states that once you send in games for credits, you can convert those credits for cash back through check or Paypal. So I sent in a few games and was supposed to get some cash back. But its been exactly 5 months and 13 days since I submitted my cash back request. I have called and emailed numerous times but have been lied to and misled.

After a two months on non-payment, the customer service rep I talked to multiple times told me that the websites cash back feature was temporarily down but was normally always functional. He also told me that the problem would be fixed soon. I was patient and waited two more months.

The next time I talked to him, he made it sound like they never had the cashback feature and was only going to start using it sometime in the near future (what, 10 years from now???). Why the heck would they have the feature listed on the website and the terms of use if it wasn't operational?

Then I remembered exactly what he told me in the first call and then called again to confront him about the conflicting reports. He then admitted that it has been down for about a year that that they are about to start working on it. This has been going on for half a year and there seems to be little hope of recovering my money. (I am owed $38) They tell me that they will let me know when they implement the cash back feature but I have little faith in this.

This has all been extremely frustrating but the thing that made me write this report was how poor the service was and how they told me different and untrue stories to appease me. This deception as well as the stupidity of a website to list a feature that they have no ability to carry out is very disappointing. They should not deserve your business. Other services like Gxxxxx (((REDACTED))) are more reliable. Just avoid them. If you google them, there are plenty of reports about them sending damaged games to customers.
