Game Seller Pros is about the worst company you could ever hope to deal with. I paid $349 for services in the game Everquest. I was told I could expect delivery of the services within one week, give or take a few days. After the week was up, I contacted their customer service and was given the excuse that their team leader was not available due to taking vacation. They ask me to be patient, so I am. Two weeks, nothing delivered. At the three week mark I start getting aggravated. They never update me unless I pester them, and every time I do, it will be done soon, or in two days, or a team leader quit, or some other excuse. I placed the order December 25, 2011. It is February 26 now with no delivery. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau about a month ago, and as others have said, I was threatened by the company. They said they would ban all accounts associated with my ip address. I knew for a fact that they did not have the capability to do that, so I went ahead and filed with the ic3 (which is run by the FBI to investigate online fraud). They have shoddy customer service, they threaten you, and absolutely do not deliver anything that is paid for. They think they will get away with ripping people off (as evidenced by them trying to entice me to pay them more money in order to get what I originally paid for anyway, as well as continuously emailing me specials and telling me to come to live chat to buy more), but they will get caught eventually and properly punished under the law. They also refuse to offer refunds as well, even If they cannot deliver what you ordered. They blatantly lie about their capabilities as well (they claim to deliver items available only to GMs and guides), which lets me know that there is, in fact, no real business involved at all. It is just a website and a paypal account that gets paid into with no return or services provided to the customer at all. They basically give you one excuse after another, hoping you will just go away. I definitely would not recommend anyone do business with these guys, you will be disappointed and ripped off, guaranteed.

I agree. This business is a BUSINESS and they need to start ACTING like one, otherwise it's not a business. From what I have experienced and gathered, this business likes to SCAM people. They can't ban you. Do NOT let their threats get to you. Go full force and shut them down. Do not make the same mistake I did by backing off.

First off, they do not have my account info. Second, it is against the terms of service you are correct, however, it is not against the law. What is against the law is fraud, which is what they have committed. Thank you for your input.

These companies are patently against the TOS of the online games they sell services for.

For 350 bucks I am assuming you purchased powerleveling and perhaps raid keying.  These type of services usually require you to give your account info to a team of players so they can play your character.

It is against the TOS to share your account info with another person.

If you were buying Platinum, well that is against the TOS as well.

If you have already provided your account name or character name to these people, they are fully capable of getting your account banned by informing Sony that you have violated the TOS.

You should have issued a chargeback, but you only have 60 days to do so and you are now out of that time frame.  I would call your credit card company and ask if they would still allow you to do it, explaining that you attempted to work the issue out with the merchant and were unable to do so.
