Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
We bought a brand new ps3 from Wal-mart not even two weeks ago but lost the reciept. So we took it to Gamestop along with some games. Which was way over a 500.00$ value. I mean the system was brand new. They only gave us 176.00 for it.. What a rip off. 2 weeks before we brought our system in a friend of ours brought one in and got 50.00 more for theirs that was 3 months older!!! Seriously!

First of all, Game Stop makes their money back by reselling your PS3 to make a profit, why would they give you $300 and sell if for $300 since it is technically considered "used". Would you pay $400 for a used PS3? I doubt it. If they offered you $176 and you didn't feel that was acceptable then you should have eliminated the middle man and sold it yourself on ebay or craigslist.
Second point, why would you buy a PS3 and two weeks later try and sell it? I don't think I need to say anymore.
I have never worked for Game Stop or any video game retail store, but I do have common sense
