Well I ordered an FFXI Account from gamepal.com and well it just went sour. I ordered recieved a automated response. I had to pester them to get my order verified by phone for starters.
Then after the call was verified I then waited and waited and after sending multiple e-mails and getting no reponse I then gave up and opened a paypal dispute and asked for my money back. Too much of a coincidence that i then got an email 5 mins later sending me the account details. I was at work at the time so i couldn't check the details and to be honest after all that crap I just wanted my money back.
I escalated the dispute to a claim. When i got home they havn't even bothered replying to the claim at all so i thought what the hell might as well check the account since the details are there. Incorrect Playonline ID/Password. What the hell are they doing anyway probably took it back and just gonna leave the claim open till it closes and my money is refunded. Kinda funny since they can't claim any funds until the claim is closed. They probably have a whole bunch of paypal accounts. Well anyway this will be the last time i use gamepal, They used to be great back in the day and when i say great i mean great but now the customer service ain't there and they just seem to be a bunch of money hungry assholes who could care less about their customers
Anyway the claim will stay open and i wont be swayed to close it in any shape or form since i don't want the account anyway. And now the account can't even be accessed anyway so I might even be out of pocket and no account. Be this a warning to everyone, stay away from gamepal.

Then you claimed you did not receive it, so we redelivered it again. Over a 24 hour period, you filed a paypal complaint dispute when the merchandise was delivered to your email. We received one email from you this entire time, and since the dispute nothing. The information also worked on the time of the delivery.
If you still believe this is an error, you can contact our support team to reset the password, and return the account to you but as stated in our terms, all accounts are delivered within 24 hours.
We deeply apologize if we caused any frustration with your order as we try our best to help every customer. Mistakes can happen, and especially in this industry things can go wrong, but we will do everything in our power to make sure you get what you ordered.
