Recently I tried to purchase an account from Gamepal. My friends are already at a certain point in the game and I didnt want to wait months to catch up so I decided to purchase a game account.
On the website it states
"Question: How fast do I get my account?
Answer: 95% of deliveries can happen in as fast as 2 minutes after your order. When you place an order, go to live chat, and ask to get verified. Sometimes, they may not need verification, so will process your order on the spot. If they do verify your order, they will give you a phone call using your billing information only. After verification has been done, they will process your order, and within 30 seconds an email will be sent to you with all the information to access your account. If you do not receive your account after verification, it could be for the following reasons below
1. Your information has been sent to your SPAM folder.
2. Your email server is delaying the email, and it could take up to a few hours for it to be delivered.
3. The automated email never reached your email.
4. There maybe an issue with your order, and we need to fix it before we deliver it.
Sometimes, orders can be delayed as the system or game maybe down, or there may have been an error when we check your account. Even under those circumstances, we make sure that we try to deliver your account within 24 hours."
Now it been 5 days. Someone by the name of kristie called and verified my order a couples of hours after I placed the order. She told me 1-3 days Max. On the 4 day, I went to live chat and all they say is to email their accounts department since they cant answer any account information via live chat. I still havent gotten an email back.
I know it's only been 5 days but from reading thier website, it goes from 95% of accounts delivered within 2min to 5 day gamepal doesnt know what is going and waiting for the account department to reply to an email.
I'm still hoping they live up to their live support telling me that 24hours is the longest you have to wait to get an email reply. I will keep this updated as they come to me.

I've heard every single one of those excuses. It's just another way to stall you- to make you sit back and think "Hmm, maybe they're busy. Perhaps I should let things go and see how they turn out." Next thing you know, it's a month later, and no communication at all.

Nothing has changed but I did learn that live chat can come up with a different excuses every day.
1. Holiday season has slow down the servers
2. Something wrong with the accounts program
3. Managers are backed up with an overflow of orders
4. Live Chat cant answer question about Account orders
5. I dont know why your order is delayed, email account dept.
6. Managers work a different shift
7. You should have your account information with 24hrs, I talked to managers already
8. The accounts automatic delievery program is down so managers have to deliver each order personally.
Please add to the list if you have them. I will keep updating with excuses as they come.

Several more live chat sessions and nothing but a cut and paste to email them. I sent several emails and even one with this link and I get a email reply stating that the information was sent. They never sent anything with the account information. I'm still out $350. Even on the website my order is still on the authorizing state not a delivered status. Why would your accounts dept lie about already sending out the account information?
