On October 16th I accepted offers from Gamepal on 3 World of Warcraft accounts. The entire sale process was stated on Gamepal's site to take up to 72 hours. On the 20th (over 72 hours since I accepted the offer) Gamepal changed the email address and password on my accounts. At this point per the acceptance offer email I was to have payment in 10 minutes.

4 days later on the 24th I still had not received payment nor had Gamepal provided me any useful information when I requested an update on the status of this sale. On the 24th I decided to request my accounts to be returned to me.

As of today the 29th I still have not received payment or the accounts returned to me.

Per the submissions screen at http://www.gamepal.com/central/gameaccountwow.php Gamepal agreed to make payment Once everything has been reviewed, we will change your password and we will pay you by coupon dollars or PayPal, per your choosing. Which has been done on each of the three accounts. And per the Accounts Offer Acceptance email sent by Accounts@gamepal.com an accounts purchasing representative will login, and verify your account. Upon verifying your account, you will receive payment within 10 minutes

I am very upset considering that it has been nearly two weeks since I provided my information to them, over a week since they changed the account information and going on a week since I requested the accounts returned due to lack or payment. So far the best I get is that "We are experiencing a high volume of requests at this time, and we appreciate your patience as we work on resolving this issue for you."

At this point Gamepal appears to have hijacked my accounts and have no real intention of returning them to me or paying me for them.

Get the accounts back

Why not try and get the accounts back, through account recovery? Say the accounts where hacked. You will have to go through a process, but at least that way gamepal won't have the accounts.
