*Author of original report: Update
I brought a game thinking it match the same video on the page. When I open it up, it was completing different. The video on the site shows a 3-d graphics but the game is 2-d and side scolling. This is false advistisement. I try to take it back to the store and they would not take the game back or let me get the another one for the other game system. They try to take it back as a trade in ($14.99 is the trade-in value). I paid $42.99 for the game. I'm very disappointed in the game and with Gamestop. I will never buy a game from this store ever agian.

Gamestop still will not let me exchange this game. The corporate office is telling that I should call the store manager. So I called the city line ave store in Philadelphia, PA. The store manager told me that he could not give me an exchange becuase he could not re-sell it as new. I told him that his corporate office told me to talk to him.
Here is a copy of the E-mail that the corporation customer (no) service desk sent me:
Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for contacting GameStop.com.
For this situation we recommend contacting the store and speaking with the store manager, as this situation does not fall within our return policy. The decision on whether or not to take a game back outside of company policy must be made by the store manager or his/her district manager. If you have any other questions, please feel free to respond to this email.
Best regards,
Justin
