Gamewar bought an account and its delivery keeps getting delayed City Internet

So I decided to try and buy an account from these guys tho I decided just to buy a level 1 account of world of warcraft just for me to play it, so it was not too expensive, glad about that. Anyway all they ever tell me when I write to them about when will they deliver the account to me, is give the accounts department some time and so on and so on with no real response as to what happened to my order, I even told them that I wanted a refund since they say one can ask for such, but they said the same give the accounts dpt more time, live chat help doesnt do much about it too, I placed the order on the 12th of december and time keeps passing by. I really hope I can get some kind of help here.
