I have had a negative experience with this company and will post details here. It should be noted that there is still 5 hours left before it has been 72 hours max as the site says and if there is any update in this time I will post details. NOTE: i have blanked out some of my information as I do not want it out for the world to see. I have left out some of the emails I sent to the automated system because there were just so many this post would be HUGE!
Feb 11 2012: Made purchase on gamewar.com for everquest account. The following email was sent to confirm payment.
Dear ==== =====,
TRANSACTION CONFIRMATION
You have successfully made a payment to Loot Inc. using your credit/debit card (MASTERCARD, 5xxxxxxxxxxx====) on 11 Feb 2012.
The amount of USD 47.32 has successfully been debited from your credit/debit card.
This charge will appear on your card statement as a debit by: MB*Moneybookers.com

I did not get an automated response from gamewar containing my order # like the site states so I sent them an email asking for it and also asking if they sell ingame currency. This is the reply.

I went to gamewar and placed an order for another account, the cost of this account was more then the first so i again had to use my creditcard to make payment. Again I did not get an automated email with my order number so I again sent messages out via there website and facebook. I then got the following email.
From payment company:Dear ==== ====,

From gamewar.com : I have updated your new order number 143338 to Pending Delivery.
Now jump to Feb 14 2012 with no other contact besides automated reply from the live support link that is never live. I sent this email and no reply at all yet.
Can not find the answer in your data base! Hello, my order status has switched to Queue from pending delivery. Your site
says this means an email has been sent to me and you are waiting for a reply. I have not got any email since this status change. Order# 143338. What do I do now?
It is coming close to 72 hours since payment has been made, I would like the account I paid for by the 72 hour deadline or a full refund. If by the 72 hour deadline I have no got an answer I will contact my creditcard company and have the charges reversed due to fraud.
So far all I can say is this site is very slow and the lack of communication makes for very poor customer confidence. If after the 72 hour mark I have not got the account I purchased or my refund I will then be able to say this site is a scam. I would say to anyone thinking of making a purchase from ANY online company, use your creditcard!!! Major credit-card company's will reverse the payment and investigate the matter fully and they have no problems filing fraud case's internationally, this is why you pay the fee's for your card, so you are covered and they get the bad guys.

Hello everyone,
I just wanted to update this complaint.
I want to apologize to Gamewar as they truly are an amazing company. The mistake was on my end and they had delivered everything on my time.
Thank you again for the wonderful services and I highly recommend using this company!
