On 12/18/07 I purchased this world of warcraft account from gamewar.com

On July 16th the account had been retaken presumably by GAMEWAR.COM as they would be the only ones with the information needed to recall the account. I have asked them no less than 18 times in the last 3 weeks to release the account to me or the original account information so that I can reclaim the account that I properly own.


According to the gamewar.com FAQ below, they should provide me with all of the relevant information I need to reclaim my account, however they refuse to do so by ignoring my dozens of requests:

Question: Do I get the Secret Question Answer with my account purchase? Do I get information such as email, first and last name, registration codes, etc. after I order?

Answer: Yes. Upon requesting via email, we provide customers with all the information needed. Some customers may have to wait for 30 days after purchase for security purposes, but this is only for new customers who have first time orders with us.

Question: Our 100% Guarantee and Insurance Policy?
Answer: Everytime you order an account through us, you are covered by our below policy. Our policy covers accounts recalled, disabled accounts, misprofiled accounts, and other issues that may occur. This means that whatever happens, if something does occur to your account as a direct result from a mistake on our end, you are insured to receive a brand new account upgrade at no additional cost. As long as you take care of your account, you are guaranteed lifetime.

Not only is gamewar refusing to acknowledge my requests for all of the relevant account information (ie original owner name, address, e-mail address, etc) they are also not abiding by their so called 100% guarantee by not refunding my original purchase total of $400 nor are they making any attempts to replace the account that I believe they may have maliciously stole from me in an attempt to sell my account to someone else and repeat the cycle.

I would either like all of the relevant information to reclaim my account or I would like a replacement account or better yet just a plan old refund.
