Gamewar zero communication. all forms of "support" illicit no response, Internet

Just thought i'd update on an account i bought from gamewar.  I'm going to forward my email correspondence to the dev team and just get the account banned since gamewar wont answer my emails or proccess a refund.  

They ended up stealing it back.  The reason i know is because the same character is now listed for sale.  It has an identical skill sheet to the toon i had bought at the time i wasn't able to log in anymore.  Description is the same as when i bought it the first time.  they were even too lazy to update that.

I know it's the same account cause the morons were too stupid to remove the API keys before relisting it, i can still see everything.  This is assuming they know what a full account API is.

I highly reccomend you don't buy from them.  Sort through the reports on this website, they're all warning you.  also if you notice all the updates are identical.  "error in communication" type responses by people who wrote long angry rants that detailed their dealings.  Sounds suspicious right?  that's because they ask for your order ID when you post here to "help you" and then demand your login info or wont complete the transaction.  then they change the login email and write their own update.

A couple things you, as a buyer, can do to protect yourself.  If you use paypal don't use debit or paypal funds.  Pay through a credit card linked with your paypal.  While paypals base policy is not very friendly towards buyers on digital goods you can do a chargeback from your credit card company after filing a claim through paypal.  Paypal usually will let that go as they rather not mess with credit card companies who provide a major portion of their revenue.

Also check other more reputable forums if you're looking to buy/sell/trade.  i'd reccomend playerauctions or epicnpc.  both are competitive on prices and have escrow systems and are feedback based. 

 Believe me or not, it's your money.  i'm just trying to help you from making the same mistake i did.
