This company is a complete scam. Just read any of the other reports on here before doing any business with them.

I submitted my account information in the beginning of february, and their website explicitly states that transfers take less than a week to complete. I finally had enough as of writing today on 3/15 of sending emails. 

The company will not respond to any of your emails and instead they will send you 10+ automatic emails every time you submit one which quickly filled my inbox until i had to redirect them all to my junk folder. 

I submitted 2 accounts for review and still have not heard anything from them.

Please be educated when using these types of websites as there are scammers EVERYWHERE and unfortunately it doesn't look like i'm the first person to get screwed by this sham of a company. There are better utilities out there to sell your excess accounts on and unfortunately gamewar is just another scam.

False Report: Customer Selling Stolen MMO Accounts

Thank for defaming our company with your fraudulent acts.

Timeline of Events



  • On February 6, 2011, you attempted to sell us an Age of Conan Account.


  • On February 7, 2011, you submitted a second account for Runescape.


  • On February 8, 2011, we e-mailed you asking why the name on the accounts belong to Darien Luther but your name is Nancy Luther.


  • On February 10, 2011, we e-mailed you again but this time asked if we could speak with Darien Luthers as he has to authorize this transaction as it appeared you are under 18 years old. 


  • All communications from you stopped.


  • On March 15, 2011, you threatened our company for not purchasing these accounts when we have been waiting on you the entire time to e-mail us back.


  • That same day we e-mailed you back and informed you we cannot purchase your accounts until we get authorization from the account holder.


  • Instead you turnaround and post a ripoffreport complaint saying we will "Take your account", "We're scammers", "we'll still your ripoffreport account"
Customer Claims: We stole his RipoffReport Account
Our Answer: Then why is he replying with that RipOffReport Account?

Customer Claims: We will take your accounts
Our Answer: What accounts did we take? He says we will take your account but how can he state that when we didn't take anything from him.

Conclusion


  • This customer is making false statements to get back at our company for not buying accounts which he wasn't authorized to sell and could very well be stolen. When we asked to speak to the account holder, he turned around and posted a RipOffReport instead.


  • This customer then makes wild accusations that we stole his RipOffAccount when he is using it to post on RipOffReport. If we had stolen his RipOffReport, he would have been blocked from accessing his account but he is using the same account he originally posted with to post that we stole his RipoffReport. Credibility fail. 


  • The customer one moment is happy and willing to work with us and then the next minute he bashes us again refusing to let us speak with the actual owner of these accounts.
The fact of the matter is that we have hundreds of positive reviews from "real" customers which can be seen with the links below and you can clearly see on facebook they we PAY for our accounts.

If anyone is concerned we could "take" your account as the customer claims we do, then why not go through an escrow third party middleman company as we offer these services which protect both the buyer and sell.

Believe what you want but we have provided the facts. This customer is claiming things without any proof and is doing this to get back at our company because we refuse to pay him for virtual products that are not even his to begin with.

Gamewar Steals Your account THEN STEALS YOUR RIPOFFREPORT.COM ACCOUNT

The last update from me was made by a gamewar.com employee that has stolen my account and tried to update the original report.

As of 3/19 I have recieved 1 email saying that they have no record of my accounts and since then they have stolen this account.
