Gamewar.com, Gamewar.com kept my money and would not refund Internet

I strongly recommend that no one should ever use this fraudulent service provider. On November 6th, 2007 I ordered an account from them and for almost a month I was promised it would be 'started' in a few days. Finally, after weeks of waiting, I asked for a refund. The company decided that sending me a coupon would be a good substitute. Why would you ever want a coupon for something that could never be delivered on. I asked for a refund again then, which was ignored, then went through Paypal and reported them. This was not successful, and I'll post all the details below as they claimed to have delivered.

December 1st (clearly no product delivered and it takes 15 days to complete an order).

On December 4th, I got this wonderful reply from Paypal:

- So, where's the login and password? - never delivered. I sent Paypal the Email showing they never delivered and offered some coupon and since they couldn't decide nothing was done.

I'll be posting this everywhere I can possibly find on the internet. I've tried Emailing them over and over, but all I get is a nice large black hole as they stole my money and gave nothing in return. I would be interested to see how many people this has happened to, it would be good to get as many people together as possible and see if we can't find a firm that would sue for damages.
