Garage Door Parts, LLC Or Richard Aquino Dba Garage Supply Company I ordered 2 parts the company cashed my check and never sent the parts. Passaic New Jersey

On 12/27/2008, I order 2 garage door parts from Garage Door Parts, LLC on line. The company cashed my check on 12/31/2008. I have emailed this company 3 times to request that they track my order and have never heard from them. I became worried and looked on line and the company has a history of taking people's money and never performing. I would like to see if anyone has filed with the Attorney General's office in New Jersey as something needs to be done to stop these fraudalent practices in this state and on line.
