Ricardo Aquino, Garage Door Parts, LLC., is a fraudulent company. I ordered $232 worth of parts from them that they never shipped. If fact they withdrew the money out of my account two times, a week apart necessitating me to go through the hassle of closing the account and having to open a new one. When he didn't ship, Ricardo Aquino blamed the problem on his wife. There is no answer when you call and the mailbox is full. This is a total scam. According to RipOffReport.com, it appears Ricardo Aquino has similar complaints from other customers. This website needs to be closed down so other folks don't have to go through all the problems I'm going through.

The company has reimbursed me half of what it owes me and is still unresponsive. I guess they feel that I will go away if they only refund 50% on the dollar. Besides Ricardo Aquino, Cynthia Koslosky appears to be another culprit in their scheme to rip people off.
