My bank contacted me about a charge for $180 from a beauty product company and I called the company and they wanted all kinds of bank information to look into the sale. I refused to give them any other than my name. They said they sold beauty products and that they could not locate any sale from me unless I gave them the information.

Unfortunately, I was on the way to the beach and forgot about it until today when I received another package of the product and by putting two and two together I realize that the charge for beauty makeup was actually for this weight loss product that I had received as a trial.

I never remember signing up for anymore of the product. I have called several times using a phone number I acquired from the internet and the phone just puts you on hold for quite a long time. One time I was given an opportunity to have them call me back if I clicked #3 on my phone and I was told they would call me back in the order that I was in the waiting line.

No phone call received back.
