Garcinia Pro sells diet pills and cleansings but their practices are unethical and should fall into the illegal realm. I found a lot of complaints about this company on Facebook pages, Better Business Bureau, the ripoffreport, etc. A lot of people are complaining of the same thing: they were tricked into getting a supposedly free trial product that costs around $5 and then their credit cards are charged about $89 every month. Many people said that they called during this trial period and that they were put on hold for about one hour, or that the customer service representative hangs up the phone and that they did not get a confirmation number for the cancelation. After calling and canceling their subscription, this company keeps charging their credit cards every month. I was surprised to see that many people did not even get the product. To top everything up, the representatives of this company are incredibly rude. I feel ashamed to have fallen into the Garcinia ripoff but learned my lesson and hope that people out there don't fall into the same scam.

I was reading the NYTimes on my iPhone app when I saw the commercial of this miracle and natural weight loss pill. I followed the link and read all the fine print. On their purchasing webpage, I did not see any statement that said that they were going to charge me an $89.97 monthly subscription if you do not call to cancel the membership. I am aware of this information because I called the company to inquire about a pending charge made to my credit card. Luckily I did not open the bottle of pills that they sent because they said that they were not going to make a refund if the bottle was opened. They will supposedly return my money if I return the trial bottle. But I read that people returned their bottle and they did not refund them. I do not trust this company because it seems that they are organized in a segmented way. They don't keep accounts, just credit card numbers. That is why they keep charging people that canceled their unused and unwanted subscriptons. I would recommend people to change their credit card numbers in order to avoid unfair charges. I also read that the banks or credit cards are not honoring disputed claims made against this company.

This company must be hiding their fine print terms really well or not showing them at all when people are purchasing the free trial. I always read the fine print and did not see any information about future subscription charges, or cancellation deadlines. I wish I took a screen picture of my purchase so I could prove that they do not post that information. This is where this company could get sued, for hiding their policies, for trying to deceive costumers and for not being transparent.
