Garden City Group settlements/porsche coolent pipe Seattle,washington Nationwide

This company is a Administrator of Class Action law suits.I was member of a class action with Porsche Cars of Am.This case drug out for years.How that its settled and all the attorneys have been paid the members of the suit has to deal with this company to get  payment.They want return phone messages or respone to emails.I found they have offices in Dublin,Oh were the phones are answer by people other than voice maii.I got a letter of Notice of Rejection telling me I had 21 days to file a written appeal.Seems they wanted proof I owned the vehicle at the time I paid for the repair.Now a reasonable person would assume if someone paid $2200 for a repair of a car he didn't own.

I send proof my (car title) to there email site address.I call again a month later I was told by the Dublin Oh office that the records showed my car title was never recived so I got street address and mailed it again.Called back to the Seattle office left message and sent an email requesting someone contact me.All to no avil.Today I looked up the BBB and found the not a member but there were other complaints filed,but they never respone to any complaints.I called yesterday again and for a status report and was told the record show a rep called me and left me a voice mail. That never happen.I truly belive that all this is a waste of time and the scam is to collect the money from this suit and keep it. From this site some of there employees seem to come thur temp agencies.How many people do they treat like me and hope we get tired and just go away,and they just able to keep all that money.
