Garden Ridge Store Poor Cust Serv and Poor Advertisements North Richland Hills, Texas

I went to Garden ridge yesterday.  I had to wait in line with 8 people while only one rude young man was checking people out.  I asked for another checker and he told me store policy was one checker for every 3 people in line.  I told him there were 8 and he ignored me.  While I was waiing 15 minutes in line to be checked out, I watched a man bring in an xmas tree for a return.  the clerk took the hold tree out of the box, looked at the directions and counted all pieces while 4 other people were in line to return items.  When I finally got to the other clerk, He was rude and did not even say hello.  I went to Gareden Ridge because the advertisements said almost everything Christmas was 50%.  I must of had the knack to attempt to buy everything that was not.  Out of 23 items (all christmemas) in my cart, only 4 were 50% off.  I told the clerk I wanted to speak to a manager and none would appear for over 10 minutes.  I finally left the store with out buying anything.  The first time I went to the store my wife wanted me to return a shower caddy and I had the receipt.  They refused to accept it because the cardboard was not around it.  I will never go back.  I have contacted the BBB on this store and have begged all of my firends never to shop there again.
