Garden Winds is false advertising. Their products are inferior. Their customer service is more than terrible--it's non existent. They will not help you AT ALL to return their inferior product and be refunded. You can send it back but their "Management" may not accept it. You have to pay $10 to ship it back to them and then another shipment payment if they don't accept it! Do not do business with this company.
