Gardener's Choice The hot pepper seeds which were supposed to be inside their special growing container were, upon physical inspection, not inside. The container only had little plastic balls and some odd looking peble Wallingford, Connecticut

I supposed to have received hot pepper seeds which would germinate within a week. After a week I emptied the growing can and found no seeds at all. The content was basically small plastic balls and an odd looking synthetic soil. I paid $10 for the seeds and $13 for the shipment.
