Gardeners Collection dorment tres that did nothing Norwalk Connecticut

I ordred a Fruit Salad Trees. I paid extra shipping and recieved one free. The trees was shipped dorment, or a sleep. These trees was planted in a safe sunny spot in my yard. Every few dys I would go out and check on the trees hoping to see some form of life. I watered and weeded around the trees for weeks and nothing.

When the trees arraived all that was in the box was direction booklet for muliply planting tips for many plants. Not any information on how to contact the company or infomation on how to return the trees. I finally called my credit card company I charged the trees to and received a contact phone number. Since I orered the trees from the interner I did not write the site name down. Big mistake. I called Gardeners Collection and was put on hold numerous times by customer service. After 45 minutes the phone would disconnect from their end.

I have tried trough my cedit card company to protest the charge for the trees. I have been denied by Gardeners Collection by stating I did not follow their procedures in returning the trees. How was I suppose to follow their procedures that was not sent with the plants. I am finished with these duds and I suggest to other DO NOT USE THEM...IT IS A RIP-OFF!
