Gardner's Choice ripoff dishonest rotten products liars thieves Hartford Michigan

Received products I ordered in spring of 2005. Saw that most plants were dead or dying.Planted them carefully hoping for a miracle.NONE. E-mailed them to inform of my disgusting order and was told I would get a refund to my credit card in 3 weeks. Never happened.(have all correspondence for record) Attempted by telephone and many e-mails to rectify problem. Got weeks of busy signals, no return of latest e-mails after threats of informing Att General and BBB of their lack of service and poor customer relations,putting you on hold for long periods of time only to hand up on you,plus lies after lies. After being informed by so many other upset customers and told to go to 'complaints.com' I realize that I am one of hundreds and hundreds of people who see this rotten outfit getting away with putting the screws to residents in all 50 states. Sadly its Americans shafting Americans. Or is it???
