#1 Consumer Suggestion
Gardener's Choice Ripoff
AUTHOR: Nancy - ()
SUBMITTED: Monday, June 24, 2002
Put this transaction in immediate dispute with your credit card company. You have 60 days from the initial transaction date to do this, and you still have plenty of time left (though I don't see the original date of transaction in the complaint). What the credit card co. will do is suspend payment to Gardener's Choice (right away) and put this into their dispute department. Gardener's Choice has to prove that the shipment was made, and, if they fail at doing that, the transaction is void and you aren't out a cent.
Try this it works.
