Garrett Morgan Investment Global Fallen off the face of the earth, Internet

I connected with Garrett Morgan in January 2012.  I needed funding to complete my catering hall project.  I was convinced that he was a decent person to work with.  2/2/12 I wired $1875 to him along with the paperwork.  He was sporadic in responding.  At times he would speak to me, but most calls to the "Office" went to an answering system.  Promises were made by him that this was getting funded over and over again.

Six months later-no funding, no phone calls, emails, and no refunded money.  Per his contract it would be refunded in 45 days if they did not have success funding.  I want my money back.  I can not complete this project with false promises.  Is there anyone out there who values funding a project that I have put $500,000 into??  I need less than that to complete.  Discouraged once again.
