Gary Lively- Glamor Time Pool Most Miserable Contractor Experience of my Life Allen Texas

Gary Lively/ Glamor Time Pool was hired to install a new heater, replaster and retile our pool.

First off his product knowledge on heaters is very poor. I found out later that I could not supply enough gas to

my heater the way I wanted to first do it even though Mr Lively said it would work fine. This turned out to be a joke.

OK I can live with that. I shouldn't have taken his word for it. The real issue begins after he is paid. Once he is paid you play hell getting him out to finish. It took weeks to get him back to finish grouting the tile and putting spa jets back in order.

When he did come back in January,  He was oaid in full by November, his tile man worked on about 4-5 feet of top layer tile

and left. When I got home I called Gary and he said he ran out of grout. The man was there in the morning so I dont know when he left but I told Gary there was a Home Depot and two supply stores within a mile or so of my house. Many phone calls later with no responses to voice mail or texts he finally comes back out.   Still didnt finish. Tile still remains unfinished,left the pump running with no water circulating as the filter was clogged with grout since they didnt clean

it like they were supposed to. He couldn't finish grouting the tiles properly anyway because part of the tile was in the water.I have hired a new contractor to finish this job and he is pumping water from the pool now so he can let it dry enougn to finish the grout. Gary has not responded to any calls or messages in over two weeks. Instead of one his many lame excuses he now just ignores the calls

This is without a doubt the most miserable experience I have ever had with a contractor.
