GAS UP AMERICA $100 gas coupon rebate-impossible to get the rebate DAYTONA BEACH Florida

Attended a timeshare presentation in the summer of 2008, where one of the incentives to attend was a $100 gas rebate coupon.

Upon satisfatory completion of the presentation, I was given coupons to submit to Gas Up America. However , to claim the rebate, you must adhere strictly to 16 rules! First you must file an Activation Form in order to even recieve the coupons.Then you need to submit a gas receipt "for the EXACT amount of the coupon.(Ever try to stop the pump at an exact amount without deviating by at least a penny)?

Anyhow, I did all the above and then got a letter saying I did not adhere to all the rules. Nothing stated in the letter as to what I did wrong. No phone number to call in order to discuss the matter.

What are the odds that no matter what I do, I will run afoul of one of the 16 rules? Am I crazy to think that submitting a gas coupon should be a little more straightforward than this?
