gaylord security sales dept Oh My Gosh what a scam worst in the security business kent, Washington

I was looking around for quotes on security cameras with a dvr recorder. My family own"s several small stores and i was picked to do the duty. Also i travel for the business and wanted one for my home as i already bought a security system. I got several cals at work from gaylord and other companies stating they were ADT, However as i discovered they are actually just a small dealer for ADT. I listened to the speach and then got quotes on 8 and 16 camera systems from a salesmen. I was suprised that he showed up and didnt really know much about his product. He was nice and called the gaylord office about 5 or 6 times in our appt, i asked at one point if they give much training he laughed and said pretty much here is your book go sale. I thought thats sad and i felt sorry for him and listened. The price quotes for 4-6-16 cameras with a dvr recorder were $3400-$9500. More than we wanted to spend i then got a call from my sister when her and the two workers make there routine weekly, visit to costco they had a special on 8 cameras, 6- bullet type, 2-dome type, dvr recorder, and remote viewing from a outside computer or 3G/4G smartphones" Price $399.99. Oh my gosh i was all over this install was easy our maintance man spent about 9 hours doing cameras in 7 stores and this included breaks. We spent less for 7 stores with install then we would have for 4 cameras in one store. Damm what a difference, not sure how this place stays in business. I guess thats why they just down sized and moved from renton to kent wa.
