dishonest and unreliable company with horrible customer service and refusal to accept responsibility for bad work performed

1/2013-Called GDS and had a service rep come out and measure our garage for a new door. Received estimate and ordered door and paid $862.92 for a new door and was given a 2 week timeframe for new door to be installed

2/2013-called GDS and asked if door was ready and was told not yet
3/4/2013-GDS was scheduled to come install new door. We waited within the 4 hour window they gave us, and they no showed. We called to find out what happened and were told the door was still not ready.

Approximately 1-2 weeks later GDS came to install and had wrong size door. Had to wait a few weeks for them to fix their mistake and finally install the door Sometime between may and June 2013, the top panel of the new door buckled and bent in half, breaking the glass windows. 

7/3/2013GDS sent out a repair man to install a new top panel and repair damage
10/28/2013 garage door cables snapped and broke, rollers fell out of the tracks and brackets were bent.
10/30/2013 GDS came out to repair cables etc. charging us $130 for labor. Repair man also told me he was adjusting the garage door opener to see if that will alleviate tension etc.
11/7/2013 Garage door top panel once again buckled, broke, busted the glass out of the window, and snapped a cable.

Called GDS to complain about the issue and was told it wasn't their fault and they were not accepting any responsibility for any damage. The supervisor said, "If it was working when the technician left, then it's not our fault"

Really? Less than 2 weeks after he adjusted my garage door opener, and it's not their fault? They said they would come take a look but we would have to pay for labor again etc. 
I said we should receive a refund for services not performed as promised and was told NO way.
I said I just wanted a new top panel then, since it was under warrantee, and he agreed.
11/11/13 called GDS to see when panel was expected to arrive, and the woman said we are scheduled to receive it 11/12/13, between 12-3pm

11/12/13 spouse received a call from GDS confirming panel was to be delivered between 12-3pm. I came home early from work to be here for the panel. After 3pm,I called GDS and asked why they no showed again and was put on hold for 25 mints. Then I was told that they left a message and said the panel wouldn't be ready until DECEMBER!! They left a message on my daughters phone, she was at school, and she is not the primary number on the account. Why would they call my spouse confirming and then call my daughter with a contradicting story?

We now have a ruined garage door because GDS ruined it. We did nothing other than hire them to do a job and we are worse off than befroe we dealt with them.

Customer service has been horrible when it comes to getting what you have already paid for. They are quick to come take an order and your money, but it takes an insane amount of time to receive said product. They also quote installation and repair dates and times, and they don't show. They do not care if their customers are satisfied once they receive payment.
