Made me wait at home all day, never showed up for service call, did not call to let me know, numerous calls to customer service yielded no positive results.

They gave me a "consumer relations" number to call, waited 25 minutes on hold, then called back and waited 20 minutes on hold only to be told they were closed for the day. Pitiful customer service, pitiful

GE appliances This company is the biggest ripoff, garbage company you will ever have the displeasure dealing with. Do yourself and your family a huge favor and dont ever buy any of their products. You will have nothing but issues and a product that wont work! If you do make the huge mistake and do buy one of their crap products you will need one of their idiot techs to come out. These techs couldnt sharpen a pencil let alone fix anything. They will have their hands out for a tip though even though they wont fix it. Horrific service Internet

Mabe GE appliances brand new GE stainless steel french door fridge PNE25JSKSS delivered October 28/17 . Refrigerator did not cool, remained at 60 degrees F, called GE Mabe, 2 service calls to date and still not working as of Dec 15. Internet
