Ge Capital Cons Card Co false promises to mail me a monthly billing statement they want money but they want you to have no way of knowing when you are paid up Louisville Kentucky

I have been making payments to this company for the last year by simply enclosing a check and mailing it to the payment address. I have called this company repeatedly to ask them to please send me a bill each month so I will know what my current balance is that I owe.

They always assure me that i will be receiving my billing statement but it never arrives. How hard is it to mail a customer a bill each month??? I have refused to pay them for the last several months and I'm sure this will ruin my good credit rating but if I continue to send them money with no billing statement, I could pay on this account for the rest of my life and never have any way of knowing when this debt was paid in full.

They harass me by phone and I tell them that I will be happy to pay them as soon as I receive a bill. I've never had a problem with any of my creditors before but this company is unlike any I've ever known. They are totally unprofessional and dishonest in their practices. The consumer needs to be warned!!
