1) Interest rate of 21.98%, which they would not lower.

2) Good luck reaching a customer service rep on the phone!

3) I finally got sick of being ripped off and tried to have the balance transferred. My new low-interest rate credit card company tried to electronically send the money - GE Capital Cons Cardco refused the transfer. Then the new credit card company sent a check to pay off the balance - GE Capital Cons Cardco conveniently "lost" this check, or wait, maybe they didn't lose it, it takes 15 days to process (so they say). Meanwhile I put a stop-payment on this check 'cuz it was sent over two weeks ago so I will be charged a stop-payment fee when GE Capital Cons Cardco decides to cash it.
