GE Capital Cons Cardco Misinformation, lying, ripoff

I made a Best Buy purchase and bought insurance in case of unemployment payments would be made. It was 18 months same as cash. I was making $100 a month payments. It was my understanding that would be the amount of payment if I became unemployed. They made minimum payment which won't even take care of interest if not payed off in time. The representative from the insurance company(American Bankers Insurance Co.) said if GE Capital Cons Cardco Would send them the balance it would be paid off. Ge Capital would not contact American Bankers and A Bankers would not accept any information from me.
