GE Capital Cons Cardco ripoff - Every month we call and they credit the charges, and then in the next bill put unauthorized charges again! Louisville Kentucky

We purchased some furniture from Bassett, and GE Capital Cons Cardco end being who we financed with. Every month our payment is mailed out early, but it just seems to get posted LATE there. And every month additional late fees and finance charges are added to the account.

Here is a good example: Payment date is due by the 8th of the Month they recieved the payment on 4/25/03 and 5/2/03 (3) times I was charged finance charges and then on 5/9/03 charged a Minimum finance charge. This company is a RIP OFF...Every month we call and they credit the charges, and then in the next bill they will be NEW PURCHASES of $7.00. What a joke.
