GE Capital Cons Cardco ripoff Louisville Kentucky

I too am extremely "over it" with this company. I purchased furniture from Bassett and the company financing my furninture is GE Capital Cons Cardco. I have dealt with the same problem of late fees mentioned by others.

I always mail the bill no later than the first of the month. The bill is is due on the 8th and only has to travel from Mississsippi to Kentucky. Twice I have been issued a late fee and the check was posted one day after it was due. The customer service manager I spoke to was very evasive and unhelpful.

I feel very taken advantage of but will honor the rest of the money I owe them. Will never use them again.
